My stay at the hotel was fantastic, filled with wonderful family memories! The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, which made all the difference. The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for us and located conveniently near the beach and various restaurants. While the pools were lovely, I did notice that the birthday celebration for my friend could have been more special. Overall, it's a great choice for family vacations, despite a few minor drawbacks.

The two-bedroom residence we stayed in was fantastic-clean and private with its own pool, and just a short walk to the beautiful Karon beach. While the breakfast was adequate, it could be improved.
